The Soave area is located in the western part of Veneto, in the eastern hilly arc of the province of Verona. This area is characterised by a mild climate and a hilly and valley landscape with soils of volcanic origin with limestone outcrops. Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano and Chardonnay are the grape varieties that form the basis of the Soave appellation, which is divided into Soave DOC and Soave Superiore DOCG and Recioto di Soave DOCG.

The strength of Soave lies in the close bond between the land and its soil: as early as the 19th century, the vineyards of Soave were included in the Napoleonic civil register, and in 1873 Giovanni Del Sie was the first to define the main characteristics of the soil and how these were to be translated into the glass.

A Soave with a fresh and lively character, with fruity aromas and subtle floral notes. Elegant and balanced, perfect with light dishes and relaxing evenings.
